The Rules
1. BE ON TIME! IF YOU ARE LATE YOU WILL HAVE TO GET A PASS FROM ATTENDANCE OR MR BLACK'S OFFICE. REMEMBER YOU WILL ALSO HAVE LAST CHOICE ON TECHNOLOGY.
2. BE ON TASK!!!. YOU HAVE TO BE ON TASK IN THIS CLASS OR THINGS WILL NOT WORK. ONE OF THE EASIEST WAYS TO LOSE CLASS DOJO POINTS IS BEING OFF TASK.
3. BE RESPECTFUL!! There is lots of time for collaborative work. Being disrespectful will resort in isolated activities. It will also result in behavior consequences.
4. USE TECHNOLOGY WHEN YOU ARE ALLOWED AND USE IT APPROPRIATELY!- If you are using technology when it is not allowed or inappropriately, you will lose those privileges.

Penalties
First Offense: Warning
Second Offense: Seat Change and One on One Conference
Third Offense: Parent Contact
Fourth Offense: After School Detention (These will be Thursday After School for 30 minutes. Not having a Ride is not an Excuse. You have two weeks to complete the detention before the referral!)
Fifth Offense- Administrative Action

Class Dojo
This is a Class Dojo Classroom. Is it a little kiddie? Yes. Is it a little ridiculous? Yes It does have a purpose though. In a classroom where you have time to work on projects, I have to have a way to keep you on task. It also gives me a great way to communicate with parents. You also get direct feedback. Basically, the way the system works is this: I can give a person a positive or negative point based on behavior. It then aggregates a score. You will be able to use those points to purchase incentives at the end of each unit.
